HOW TO SHOP ONLINE Please note: Only items featured in our Shop section are available for purchase online. 1. Using the Shopping Cart <ul> <li>You may select the size and quantity of the item you are purchasing on the main shopping page, or on the product detail page of each item.</li> <li>To add items to your cart, click the “Add To Cart” button on either the main shopping page, or the product detail page.</li> <li>When you are ready to make your purchase, click the “Checkout” button in your Shopping Cart.</li> </ul> 2. Shipping Address and Options <ul> <li>Please provide the address, city, state and zip code of the credit card you are using to make this purchase.</li> <li>If the shipping address is different from the billing address, you must de-select the “Ship items to the above billing address” box, and enter the correct shipping address.</li> <li>Click “Continue to next step” to select your shipping method. Charges will be applied according to the shipping method selected.</li> </ul> 3. Billing and Payment <ul> <li>Enter the name that appears on the credit card, as well as the number, expiration date, and security code in the appropriate fields.</li> <li>After you submit your payment, you will be given a confirmation number and a receipt will be e-mailed to you. Please keep these for your records. </li> </ul> ITEM AVAILABILITY Shop Section: We make every attempt to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, but occasionally we do sell out of some products. We will advise you of item status before shipping to confirm acceptance of the order. If the item is unavailable, you may place a backorder with an approximate two week delivery. Collection Section: Our collection is made to order with a 4 to 6 week delivery time frame. If you would like to order please contact us by phone at 212-631-0161. We will ask you to give us your measurements and a measurement chart will be faxed or emailed to you. We do include one fitting with your custom order. You may make an appointment to visit our office for your fitting or return your clothes by mail with a note detailing fit adjustments. We will make adjustments and return your item approximately one week after we receive it. An order acceptance will be sent to you as soon as we receive your order. Notification of shipment of your order will be sent to you when your shipment is processed. PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks or cash as a form of payment online. SALES TAX A sales tax of 4.375% will be charged for purchases in New York state only. Orders will be shipped once fully processed. All custom orders are delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. Orders placed by 12:00PM EST (except Sundays) will be processed the next business day. CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors. All custom orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit upon placement of your order. The balance due will be charged to your credit card the day we ship your merchandise. SHIPPING OPTIONS Standard ground delivery via UPS —$15 2nd day air via UPS —$25 Next day air—$35 We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We ship Monday – Friday only. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations) your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment. RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase on stocked items only in our shop section. You may return unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective merchandise for a full refund or credit. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we will make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. CUSTOM ORDERED MERCHANDISE All made to order merchandise from our collection section is not returnable. You may also return items to our retail location.
